Princeton Community Hospital Association’s Vendor Program includes PCH Princeton campus, PCH Bluefield campus, The Behavioral Health Pavilion, Mercer Medical Group clinics including Athens Medical Center, and all Bluefield Clinic Company clinics.

To access our facilities and be eligible for business with PCHA, you must register in our vendor credentialing and compliance monitoring system, GHX/Vendormate.

Every representative from your company who interacts with PCHA is required to create a profile. Your registration fee enables GHX/Vendormate to collect, verify, and monitor your credentials for one full year.

Only one annual fee per company will be charged.

Vendors/representatives who enter our facility are expected to comply with all infection control practices we have implemented, including but not limited to masking, social distancing and screening for COVID-related symptoms. There are three check-in locations that may be accessed for signing in:

  1. Main entrance at the volunteer’s station
  2. Parkview Center entrance
  3. Materials Management department

This does not apply to representatives who are in the hospital solely to deliver or pick up products or for contractors working under the authority of Plant Ops or Engineering.

All representatives should have prearranged/ scheduled visits with an individual/department from PCHA and should not be in patient care areas without need. All patient care area visits should be by request from a director or department of PCHA for a specific need, such as delivery of durable medical equipment, referral for post-acute care service, etc. Once that business is concluded, the representative should promptly leave the patient care area/facility.
